Malnutrition Is A National Crisis
Early childhood malnutrition begins in the womb of the mother. It can lead to maternal and infant mortality, diseases, stunting, wasting and cognitive impairment. Malnourished children face lifelong consequences, hindering their potential and perpetuating cycles of under-education, unemployment and poverty. A child burns as much energy as a grownup. Lowered vitality is easily brought on, especially during the early years of 1 to 6. Over 300,000 children are at risk of death because of disruption in regular health & nutrition services. We have achieved over 50% average reduction in cases of child malnutrition with the help of donors just like you!
