We assess the nutrition needs of the beneficiary group basis their health indicators dietary surveys. A meal plan is curated from our wide range of energy-dense, micronutrient fortified products to adequately fulfil the identified nutrition needs while including regional traditional ingredients and recipes.
Processing:
An FSSAI ISO 22000:2005 certified facility manufactures the food mixes under strict hygiene sanitary conditions. A team performs QA/QC checks on the facilities of the FSSAI certified raw materials vendors. Integrated food safety & assurance protocols include regular product testing, certification by 3rd party NABL lab, traceability recall inventory reconciliation.
Logistics:
A detailed supply chain plan is drawn to ensure on-time & in-full delivery to each location supported by community-based logistic partners.
Implementation:
De-centralized model allows meals to be prepared on-site at remote locations while maintaining quality and taste standards. Cook-as-you-need model ensures hot & fresh meals with minimal wastage/errors.
Meal service:
Trained frontline workers prepare serve meals every day as per SOP’s/guidelines. Our on-ground team of community-based field counsellors supervise the process with support from our central helpdesk. Food mixes can also be distributed as Take-Home-Ration (THR) to beneficiary households.
