For effective program delivery, we focus on strengthening People, Process Infrastructure in the beneficiary ecosystem. We train induct community members who are aware of the ground challenges as frontline workers in the program.
Training: Training is designed to educate, empower and improve the functional efficiency of frontline workers. The workshops are based on an interactive adult pedagogy. Subjects covered include Malnutrition, Food Safety, WASH, Program operations and nutrition knowledge specific to the target beneficiary group.
Toolsets: We provide simple checklist-based SOP’s and manuals in the native language to ensure standardization and consistency in daily operations. We also include tools such as an operations diary and graphic recipe cards.
Facility Enhancement: Fit to purpose equipments are provided to each location to equip them for safe storage and cooking. We also provide a hygiene kit comprising of Aprons, hand gloves, sanitizers & other hygiene supplies.
Help desk: A central call/helpdesk is also available to assist frontline workers on various program queries.
